Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will arrive in India in January 2016. The announcement came from Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella while delivering his keynote address on the opening day of the Microsoft’s two-day customer expo “Future Unleashed: Accelerating India” at Mumbai today. The Richmond-based company is celebrating it’s 25 years in India.

Except the Surface Hub, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is so far the largest offering by Microsoft with 12.3″ screen. The weight of i5 and i7 models is 786g whereas the m3 model weighs 766g.
The device is offered in 5 storage/processor/RAM combinations such as — 128GB/Intel Core m3/4GB RAM, 128GB/Intel Core i5/4GB RAM, 256GB/Intel Core i5/8GB RAM, 256GB/ Intel Core i7/8GB RAM and 256GB/Intel Core i7/16GB RAM.
The display is powered by PixelSense technology with a resolution of 2736 x 1824 and 267 PPI pixel density. Talking about the graphics, m3 Intel HD graphics 515, i5 Intel HD graphics 520 and i7 Intel Iris graphics are the three available options.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet comes with an 8MP rear and 5MP front facing camera. Microsoft has also ensured 9 hours of continuous video playback at optimum settings. The tablet supports Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11ac Wi-Fi wireless networking, USB 3.0, microSD Card reader. Available sensors are accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer and ambient light sensor.
Surface Pen, which is Microsoft’s latest accessory is also included with the Surface Pro 4.
